Reaching Higher NH’s mission is to foster that support for high standards in our public schools, giving all New Hampshire children the opportunity to prepare for college, for immediate careers, and for the challenges and opportunities of life in 21st Century New Hampshire.

NH Alliance for College and Career Readiness

The Alliance is comprised of members who represent K-12 education, post-secondary education, business, industry, and nonprofit sectors. We are actively working to expand membership to include students, parents, and a broad-range of community organizations to improve college and career readiness across the state.

 NH Sector Partnerships Initiative

The NH Sector Partnerships Initiative, or NH SPI, is a collaborative, industry-led program that provides funding, training expertise and other resources to help companies within a growing industry sector collaborate on workforce development needs together.

NH Department of Education: Bureau of Career Development

Provides leadership and support for the career and technical education (CTE) system at both secondary and postsecondary levels. This system provides education in career pathways leading to further education and employment opportunities.

NH Career and Technical Education

New Hampshire Career and Technical Education (CTE) is hands-on, real-world learning that applies directly to a job or career.  CTE is offered at the high school level statewide and leads to well-paying jobs and fulfilling careers.  Students explore their interests such as health care, automotive technology or finance while earning college credits and industry certifications, before entering college.
